1. If you wish to request deletion of your personal data collected through the Numi Platform, please contact us at info@numi.app with the subject line “Numi – Data Deletion Request.”
2. We may request confirmation of your identity or account ownership. Once verified, we will delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
3. Please note that certain limited data (e.g., transaction records, compliance, or payment information) may be retained for the period required by law or by our service providers (e.g., payment or KYC partners).
4. If you signed up through a third-party service (e.g., social login or payment provider), you may also need to remove Numi’s access in that service’s settings.
